2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Confirm and schedule your repair appointment
• Contact you about your booking (reminders, rescheduling, follow-up)
• Process payment through Square
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We use Square (squareup.com) for online booking and payment processing. Square's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform: squareup.com/ca/legal/privacy.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking and transaction records for a minimum of seven (7) years as required for tax and accounting purposes under Canadian law. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to these legal retention requirements.
