Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Windshield Repair Calgary Club website and services. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Windshield Repair Calgary Club provides windshield rock chip repair in Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, and Okotoks, Alberta, Canada. Our services include:

• Standard Rock Chip Repair: $50 for the first chip at our scheduled parking lot stops. Additional chips in the same visit are $15 each. Mobile-to-address available with $25 add-on (total starts at $75).
• Annual Plan: $99/year for up to 10 chip repairs. 2 chips per visit included; additional chips in the same visit are $15 each. Auto-renews flat $99/year. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Mobile-to-address available with $25 add-on per visit.

2. Annual Plan — Subscription Terms

By purchasing the Annual Plan ($99/year) you agree to the following:

• Coverage: Up to 10 windshield chip repairs per year per vehicle. 2 chips per visit included; if a single visit involves more than 2 chips, additional chips are billed at $15 each on-site.
• Auto-renewal: The plan auto-renews at the same flat $99/year on the anniversary of your purchase. There is no loyalty discount and no price increase — the price is intentionally flat.
• Renewal notice: We send a reminder email 30 days before the renewal charge. You may cancel any time before the renewal date by emailing hello@windshieldrepair-calgary.ca; the cancellation must reach us at least 30 days before the renewal date to prevent the charge.
• Cancellation refunds: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no plan repairs have been used. Prorated refund after 14 days, less the value of repairs used at the standard $50 rate.
• Service location: Plan repairs are performed at our scheduled parking lot stops, included in the membership. Mobile-to-address service is available as an optional $25 add-on per visit.
• Fair use: The plan is for the named member's vehicle. It is not transferable to other vehicles or other people.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are made online through Square. By completing a booking you authorize payment of the applicable service fee. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before may be subject to a $20 late cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, at no charge to you. The $28 Welcome Repair is non-refundable in case of customer no-show after booking.

5. Service Guarantee

If a repaired chip fails (re-cracks) within 30 days of the repair under normal use, we will re-repair it at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to:

• Damage that spreads due to temperature extremes or vehicle flex after the repair
• New rock chips or damage unrelated to the original repair
• Damage where the chip was at the windshield edge or in the driver's critical vision zone

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Rock chip repair is not guaranteed to make the chip completely invisible — results vary depending on chip size, type, age, and location on the windshield.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes that cannot be resolved by email correspondence are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
