Annual Plan ($99/year)
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no plan repairs have been used.
- Prorated refund after 14 days, less the value of repairs used at the standard $50 rate.
- Cancel any time before the renewal date — no penalty, no questions. Email us at least 30 days before renewal so the auto-charge doesn't run.
- We send a renewal reminder 30 days before the charge so the renewal is never a surprise.
Standard Repair ($50)
- If we determine the damage can't be repaired before starting, no charge.
- If a repair fails to stabilize within 24 hours of the work, free re-treatment or a full refund — your choice.
- Customer no-show on a booked appointment: non-refundable.
$28 Welcome Repair
- One-time introductory rate per customer per vehicle.
- Non-refundable if the customer is a no-show after booking.
- Refundable in full if we determine the chip can't be repaired before starting.
Mobile-to-Address Add-on (+$25)
- Refundable if we cannot reach your address due to a scheduling issue on our end.
- Non-refundable if the customer is not present at the booked time.
- If we arrive and the windshield is wet, frozen, or otherwise unworkable, we reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.
How to request a refund
Email hello@windshieldrepair-calgary.ca with your booking reference. We respond within one business day, and refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Square.
Governing law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes that can't be resolved by email are handled under Alberta consumer protection law.
